The two companies behind Pro Futures Soccer Schools, the children’s football coaching business registered in Dartford, are set to be wound up. Both have called meetings of their creditors for tomorrow, Wednesday 12 August, according to notices entered on the official public record on 4 August.
Pro Futures Soccer Schools Limited will hold its creditors’ meeting at 12.15pm, convened by Genene Estelle Copley, a director of the company. A shareholders’ meeting is to be held first to consider a resolution to wind the company up voluntarily, and creditors may appoint a liquidator at their meeting. The meeting is being held by telephone conference, and creditors must have lodged a proof of their debt by 4pm on the business day before the meeting, which is 4pm today, Tuesday 11 August, to vote at it. Its own booking site lists a Saturday Development session for 4 to 14 year olds at Dartford Goals on Green Street Green, running 10am to 11.30am at £10 a session with the first session free. That page now carries the message “This class has been cancelled. What it means for you
If you paid Pro Futures for sessions, a block of classes or a holiday camp that has not been delivered, you are a creditor of whichever company took your money. To vote at tomorrow’s meetings you must lodge a proof of your debt with Cornerstone Business Recovery and Turnaround Limited by 4pm today; even after that deadline, you should still register your claim with them on 020 3793 3338 or info@cornerstonerecovery.co.uk so it is counted in the liquidation. Keep your booking confirmations and payment records. If you paid by card, it is also worth asking your card provider whether you can dispute the payment for services not received.
